Every item at Known Before is made just for you — this isn't a warehouse pick-and-pack, it's made to order after you place it.

Production time:
Most items are printed and prepared within 2–5 business days before they ship.

Shipping time (after production):

• Tees: typically 4–10 business days
• Hats: typically 4–13 business days
• Mugs: typically 5–9 business days
• Pins: typically 4–10 business days

Total estimated time:
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the day you order. In rare cases — remote locations, carrier delays, or high-volume periods — delivery can take longer. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

International shipping:
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your order's size and destination.
